Cooking a Wild-to-Table Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving and in this special, encore show, Edwin and Teresa sit down to discuss alternative meats to compliment or even replace that traditional Thanksgiving turkey with Lara Ritchie, a chef from Nothing To It Culinary Institute in Reno.

Nothing To It has been offering classes in cooking wild game in coordination with NDOW, and Lara offers up some ideas, alternative and tricks to making a wild Thanksgiving.
