The quality of food in America is a source of concern for many people.

Hormones, artificial ingredients and added sugars make much of the food we eat less healthy than we would like it to be.

There is a source of pure, natural animal protein available to anyone who buys a hunting or fishing license.

This meat is not only healthy, it can be delicious and a culinary treat like nothing else you’ve tried.

This week, we sit down with Aaron Keller, NDOWs hunting education coordinator, and Pat Jackson, a biologist, to talk about catching, preparing and consuming wild game.
